Tree Code Decoding Methods

This thesis deals with applying knowledge of data channel coding and concerns about possibilities of tree codes decoding. It describes several decoding methods and inquires their ins and outs. Basic knowledge of theory of information is necessary, it is presumed that reader is familiar with convolutional codes and coder definitions. Criterions for choosing decoding method are introduced and lightely described. A decoder is designed using method choosed by denoted criterions. Implementation of the decoder, using Matlab Simulink enviroment, has taken part in the thesis. Function of the decoder is verified in simulation.
Burnout syndrome in swimmers of age-group categories

Title: Burnout syndrome in swimmers of age-group categories Objectives: The aim of this work was to systematically map and analyze empirical knowledge about burnout syndrome in competitive swimmers under 18 years of age. Methods: This work was created in the form of a review study. Specifically, the purpose was to get as close as possible to the design of the scoping review. The search for relevant sources was carried out on the basis of predetermined criteria in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, and the Google Scholar search engine was also used as a complement. Results: There were found 7 relevant articles where 5 of them dealt with factors related to the development of burnout in young swimmers, one included a comparison of burnout scores between swimmers and volleyball players, and one article examined the psychometric properties of the Athlete Burnout Questionnaire adapted for children under 13 years of age. The results that stem from the analysis of these articles in most cases confirmed the hypotheses regarding the burnout syndrome in athletes, however, despite the assumption, a positive relationship between early specialization and the development of burnout was not proven. A significant part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the necessity of professional approach and procedure of medical and non-medical personnel in the process of interdisciplinary cooperation towards victims of domestic violence. Treacher Collins syndrom

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide the general public with awareness of the Treacher Collins syndrome. Learn what specificities such people get and what difficulties are associated with this syndrome. Furthermore, to point out possible problems in the adoption of the child by the family and its gradual adaptation. The practical part consists of the method of qualitative research. Through interviews with those affected by Treacher Collins, either on their own or in their family circles, it was described what specificities they had and how the coping process took place. At the end of the work are the results of this research.

Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of Treacher Collins syndrome. Treacher Collins Syndrome is a rare genetic disease that is distinctly manifested by deformities in the face. Due to the different appearance and ignorance of the syndrome, it is difficult, for the public, to integrate individuals into society. These factors impede the mental well-being of both the individual and his family. This work is divided into theoretical and research part. In the theoretical part, the subject of this syndrome is elaborated based on relevant sources, so that the reader be well versed in this issue. It deals with the definition of Treacher Collins syndrome, its history, description of symptoms, and causes. The thesis also mentions methods of prenatal diagnosis and the development of such an individual. The next part focuses on comprehensive care of individuals. It includes special pedagogical care, health and social care. It deals primarily with the education of individuals, surgical interventions, compensatory aids, and the integration of individuals with Treacher Collins syndrome into society. The research part consists of a case study of a specific individual with Treacher Collins syndrome and his family. This part has been aimed to obtain and process information concerning the state of health, personal and family case history, available medical care, education, interests and life quality of the individual and his family. An in-depth interview and analysis of specific documents were used to obtain data. The research revealed a lot of interesting information. It turned out that the quality of life is influenced by levels of parental competencies, quality of health care, and the functionality of integration into the education system.
Genetics of Craniosynostosis.

Craniosynostoses are premature fusions of one or more cranial sutures. They affect all cranial sutures and are the main symptom of many genetic syndromes. Syndromes connected with craniosynostosis are serious disorders associated with skeleton abnormalities, limb malformations or mental disability. These syndroms are caused by different mutations in FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3, TWIST1, EFNB1, RECQL4, and RAB23 genes. The aim of this review was to summarize contemporary knowledge of phenotype and genetic basis of these diseases.

ABSTRAC The theme of this dissertation work is teachers' burnout syndrome. The theoretical part contains information from scientific literature concerning terms: burning out, exhaustion and stress, and shows their causes and symptoms. Teacher's personality is described from points of view of typology, professional demands, burnout syndrome and it is also explained how to prevent this syndrome. The empirical part of the work is represented by the research on various types of Prague schools. The standardized questionnaire Burnout Measure adopted from authors Ayal Pines and Elliot Aronson is used on that matter.

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of Downer cow syndrome. The first part of the thesis is focused on characterizing the syndrome. The second part is dedicated to the diseases which lead to downer syndrome: metabolic diseases, musculoskeletal diseases, and psychogenic immobilization. The section dealing with metabolic diseases describes the mechanism of development of these diseases with a special focus on nutrition since incorrect nutrition frequently leads to illness. Specific diseases are described including pathogenesis, symptoms, diagnosis along with treatment. The next part of the thesis defines the causes of musculoskeletal diseases such as injury, inflammation and further causes. The final section is concerned with patient treatment and therapy. It describes the approaches to lifting downer cows and uses of technology such as lifting equipment and water tanks (aqua cow).

In bachelor´s thesis it will be dealt with the children and adolescent depression syndrom issue. The aim of theoretical part is to describe depression syndrom, to compare etiology and treatment of depression of children and adolescents. It shows concrete signs of depression in school environment. Methods used for theoretical part are analysis, synthesis and comparison of specialist´s resources. The aim of practical part is to find the number of adolscents with marks of depressive syndrome and an amount of adolsecents without these marks at cho-sen school. Next aim is to find the number of woman and man with marks of de-pressive syndrome and how seriosly has this syndrome been presented at them. Method for dealing with practical part was quantitative method of questionnaire. For working with gained data the descriptive statistics was used.
Burnout syndrome of teachers

The diploma thesis is concerned with the burnout syndrome in the case of teachers at elementary schools in Prague. The main target is to define the rate of burnout among teachers according to the grade of the school, level of education and the length of their practice. Also their sex and age were evaluated. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the specifics of teachers' profession with their extra requirements. There is drawn a comparison between the teachers at the 1st and the 2nd grade focused on the difficulty of their profession connected to the burnout syndrome. There are also defined the stressful situations which influent the burnout syndrome. The problem of burnout syndrome is described in general and aimed at the teachers, too. The practical part contents the empirical research of data obtained from the written questionnaire - quantitative method. The data were processed and analysed with a computer programme. I checked the result reliance on sex, age, level of education, length of practice and the grade of the school where the teacher affects. I compared my results with specialized literature. The results of the research have shown that the burnout syndrome is influenced by sex, level of education and the grade of the school. On the other hand it is not...
